	2018-2021	Preparation of the master plan, site plan, topographic map, soil analysis, and detailed engineering design (DED) for the Community Learning Center (CLC). Assistance, demonstration plots, and trial business packages. Construction of CLC infrastructure. Development of training programs and scholarships through CLC.
